Obrafour Wanted To Use Me As A Comeback - Okyeame Kwame

Popular Ghanaian musician, Okyeame Kwame who has been in the music industry for many years now has revealed many information about his life on PM Express on Joy News that a great deal of Ghanaians did not know.

The multiple award-winning Ghanaian musician on the show chronicled how he started his career as a rapper many years ago.

The rap dactor as he is affectionately called on the show also made it known why he left to America when music business was not going on well for him in Ghana. The musician who recently released “Small Small’ which features dancehall artiste Mzvee did not feel shy in disclosing the life he was living whilst away in America. According to BRA Kwame, he was a cleaner during his three year stay in United States of America.

On why the group “Akyeame” which also had Okyeame Quophie now Quophie Okyeame collapsed, the father and husband said they had different ideas after returning from their America journey.

He continued to talk about how he was booed with his DJ, Andy Dosty at an event when he returned to Ghana to continue his career as a musician. After experiencing such a big disgrace at the concert with Andy Dosty, Okyeame Kwame went back to the drawing board to plan a big comeback since he had been away for long and Ghanaians had forgotten him.

The musician, song writer, Creative Director and entrepreneur also talked about the ‘beef’ Obrafour had with him many years ago. Okyeame Kwame to him did not have a problem with the legendary Ghanaian rapper, Michael Kwabena Okyere Darko also known as Obrafour because he never replied any of the insults he rained on him. He said he proved that he is gentle by keeping mute over all that happened during that period. He said he was surprised when he heard Obrafour’s diss song but he took it easy because he knew it was a good approach for the Last 2 artiste to use him as a comeback.
